block Neufchatel or cream cheese
1 lemon
1 6 oz. can crab meat
dash cayenne pepper
In a small bowl, mash the cheese with
a fork. Squeeze in the juice of one
fresh lemon and mash into the cheese.
Add a dash of cayenne and stir until
well mixed. Add crab meat and blend
into cheese mix. A fork works well to
not leave lumps of crab.
Serve with veggies and crackers for
a
quick but gourmet tasting dip.
